| Don, could you give me a pointer or two on removing the 3jaw chuck? I know it screws on & it apears that I have some holes in the sleve behind the chuck but I cant get it to move. Thanks, Ron

Ron.
Remove the 2 clamps, use either a rod (the chuck wrench handle fits) or a hook spanner to hold the spindle, then use a bar in the chuck jaws to unscrew the chuck.

| Thats what I was doing but it was bending the little bar. Its OK. I warmed it up a little & (expand the thread area some) & aded oil. She finally poped off. Thanks Don.

| Hey, the pic looks just like the one I got. Have you figured anything out with the threads? I cut 1 in 16" threads last night using the 1in 18" threads setting & they worked! just a little bind at the end but not enough to hurt the threads! Thanks, Ron

We are working on the threading right now, I think we are going to have the manufacturer look into it, I am thinking the chart is off.
