That's exactly the attachment I have, all right, and the download instrution manual on the site is just what I needed.  For some reason That page didn't turn up in my searches; thanks much for the help.  BTW I bought mine at a flea market for $3; guess that was a pretty good deal.:D

I hope you have better luck grinding machine drills than I had with that jig. I bought what appears to be the same exact General drill sharpening jig about 30 years ago.
Mostly hit and miss sharpening. The drills over 3/16" came out better than smaller ones. None of the drills had the proper relief. Adding relief was not a problem,concentric grinding was.
For $3.00 it is certainly worth trying. I finally gave up on mine and gave it away.
