| I plan on getting the 3006-0050 benchtop mill the first of the new year. What would it take to put a power feed onto the table?

Hello Don,
Welcome to the forum!
We have 2 powerfeeds for the x axis
Wt Import and Align brand:
http://www.wttool.com/category-exec/category_id/21235
Both mount the same, they clamp on the left side of the table, the brackets are adjustable, so they are a breeze to set up.

I actually quoted the wrong part number....3006-0080 is what I meant. I need the dovetail for x/y holdover when changing tooling and such.
Is that just a worm gear on the back that engages the threads on the table? The picture and description don't really say much and I'm not very familiar with small mill set-ups.
I've been using a borrowed harbor freight mini-mill for doing some gunsmithing projects. It's undersized, underpowered and the 6" x 15" table is next to impossible to mount/clamp my projects on! Full size mills are overkill for what I do, but this one looks like a really convenient size and has a decent sized table with it. The power feed would make life much simpler!

Don,
Take a look at our 3004-0095 if you consider it comes with the stand, and has almost a real "knee" it's not a bad deal.
The power feed is a straight gear set, I have some pictures I took a few years ago:

| I was picking some bits yesterday at your Houston shop and was looking at that one. It was nice to see one actually set up to get a real feel for for it. I really liked it other than the smaller table. Put the 9 x 32 table on it and it would have been perfect. I do a lot of odd projects that 20+" of x-travel would really make my life easier! Unfortunately, they had none of the smaller ones in the showroom.

Don,
They show a 3006-0080 in stock, next time your in, ask to see it.
The knee mill does have a smaller table, but the knee in front that you can use as a "Z" axis is pretty handy
