We recently discovered that users using an AOL email addresses to sign up on our forum never receive a confirmation email to complete their membership.
The problem seems to stem from AOL where they are automatically erasing our confirmation email before it hits their email inbox.
We are trying to solve the issue promptly however a date has not been set.
If you are experiencing this issue, try using an alternative email address to sign up rather than an AOL address.
