After the last few orders I've placed with WTT and half of the items not being in stock, I've decided not to place any orders with WTT till they've gone real time with there inventory. I'd
rather buy from a company that has everything in stock. Any idea's as to when this is going to happen?

Hello Hobotek and welcome to our forums.
We completely understand the inconvenience the lack of real-time inventory has caused on our customers. Because of this, over the past year and a half we have been taking the proper steps in the direction that will allow us to provide real-time inventory online. Unfortunately the process is not a quick one and no set launch date has not been set but we are making progress.
However, until the live inventory goes into effect, we have put in place a strong online customer service department that will instantly audit and assist customer's with online orders that contain out-of-stock items. The customer service rep will contact you instantly to inform you of the out-of-stock items and will provide you with alternatives and/or ETA of the back-orders.

Placed an order on Tue, Feb 27, 2007. Order status as of today Mar. 04, says "ready to ship". If I had ordered with Enco, McMaster, J&L the stuff would have been here already. There seems to be a problem somewhere, maybe it has nothing to do with the inventory system, maybe it's just poor service. Wish I knew. Dunno why I continue to do business with WTT, I keep thinking things are gonna change .

Don, I'm placing another order hopefully this one will be better than the last. The
order# is 07749 my name is Paul Hipps from Shelby,NC. The last order I placed, took a week to process and half of the items weren't in stock. How about checking up on this one for me. One problem right from the start was, I got email about the 20% off deal for father's day, but there's no way to enter the "SAVE20" promotional code to get the discount.....gives me an error message. What's up on that?

I sent it to my IT / web guy, he didn't resolve it then? I don't have access to the online orders, so there is only so much I can do & see. did you get your order?

They had half of it. The other half from 2 other stores.
