Welcome to the forum Dock!
How long ago did you purchase the machine from WT? (IMS?) I can check price & delivery from my vendor, it will take a couple days.

Thanks Don

I bought the sander second-hand and I've had if for four years.  The person I bought it from also bought it from someone else.  So age is unknown,

Motor specifications are:  induction motor for IMS belt sander, floor model, BDS-69, 3/4 HP, Volt 120/220, HZ 60, Phase 1, Class 2, Pole 2, - The shaft has a slot that accepts a key to turn a belt driven pulley.
Thank you for your assistance.

Dock,
Here is a diagram from our current supplier, if this matches yours, I can request a quote for a motor from them.

Item 33 in the diagram looks like a key for the shaft.  If it is than this is most likely the motor I need.

Please ask for a quote with shippping to Zip Code 20735.  Thanks

Don,

Also please ask for quote on the total assembly also.  Depending on cost of motor it may be worth it just to buy the whole thing.

Hi Doc,
IIRC, the motors are on the water and I should have them in hand I'm guesing around the end of the year, I can give you a guesstimate on the price when I get back to the office in the AM.

Dock,
Looks like the price is going to be around $80.00 (+/- $ 5)
I won't know a firm price untill customs gets done with it.

Having had two other motors that didn’t fit because one had a different size motor mounting bracket and the other was physically too big; I have to ask, if this doesn’t fit in the space for it, can I return it and receive a refund?  How do you want payment?

Dock,
How about if when I have them in hand, I take a few measurements to make sure it is right? a phone call, fax or e-mail is way better than shipping a iron cased motor around.

At last I have photos with measurements on the motor.
How can I send the images to you?  I've tried to attach them here but I can't figure out how to do it.

Your mounting bracket holes are to close together.   Mounting bracket holes on mine is 5.5 “ wide X 4” long.   My motor is 11” long.  I’ll have to see if I can get the motor rewired.  Don, I appreciate all your help and effort.
